New Alabama law to wipe out criminal records goes into effect July 7

Alabama residents who have been arrested, but not convicted of a crime, can soon file to have their arrest record wiped away under a new law set to go into effect July 7.  If you think you might be eligible to wipe out criminal records from your past, please contact Hodges Trial Lawyers.  We can walk you through the process and determine whether you qualify.

It requires a $300 administrative fee and court costs still to be determined by state court officials.  Please read our Expungement Today post for more detail information.
